OUR CONSTITUTION

Club Governance

Brisbane Dog Training Club is an incorporated not-for-profit association operating under a constitution that guides how the club is governed and managed.

It outlines the club’s purpose, membership structure, elected committee, meetings and decision-making processes — ensuring BDTC operates fairly, transparently and in the best interests of its members.

BDTC is an affiliated club of Dogs Queensland (CCCQ), meaning our training and trials align with recognised standards and rules across the state.

All our income and assets are used to support the club’s operations, facilities and community and the club has public liability insurance coverage up to $20M.

Our constitution provides the framework for how the club runs behind the scenes — supporting clear processes, responsible management and the ongoing care of our grounds, facilities and training programs.
